"Central, solid and reliable", this Downtown business hotel that's connected by sky bridge to the Indiana Convention Center and near the Capitol is always filled "with people wearing little name badges" (consequently it's often "hard to book"); once you're in, it manages to be "plush and indulgent" at times, with those "awesome" trademark Heavenly beds and road-warrior-friendly outlets of Shula's Steakhouse and Starbucks.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful.
Rooms were not 4 star quality.
Did not have a microwave, fridge or anything extra. Just a bed, table, chair and a tv. Nice room, but guess just expected more from the description of what the rooms come with. Very helpful staff and very willing to do what they could to make the stay a good one. Parking was very expensive, $25 a night is a bit much. ...read more

The decor, bedding and that they include recycling bins in the rooms.
The hotel was clean, nicely lit and had an overall calm feeling. The bedding was very comfortable (seemed new). It's nice that they encourage recycling by having a blue bin in the room.

The convenient location to places we were visiting.
Pool and hot tub water dirty.
Nice room, comfortable. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. After sitting in the hot tub for maybe 5 minutes I later got an infection in a healed piercing. Started noticing the effects that evening. The cause was bacteria in the hot tub. I'm guessing that the water is not changed/cleaned on a regular basis. ...read more

The pillows are terrible (no support), sheets are not tucked in, nothing comfortable to relax in (chairs).
We enjoyed it a lot, it's downtown. Easy access to restaurants and sport facilities and convention center along with not having to go outside to get to Circle Center Mall, which my wife really liked.
